Boonville- Timothy W. Weber, 58, of Moose River Road, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018, at St. Elizabeths Medical Center, Utica, while surrounded by the loving care of his family. Tim was born in Constableville, on August 24, 1959, a son of Herman J. Jr. and Margaret M. Bourgeois Weber. He grew up on the River Road, Port Leyden and attended Port Leyden Elementary School, later graduating from South Lewis Senior High School, with the Class of 1978. He was first employed for Boonville Oil Company. For many years Tim was employed as a paper maker for Burrows Paper Co., first working at their Little Falls mill, before transferring to the Lyonsdale mill, later retiring due to injuries from an ATV accident. He was married to Tina Marie McCauley, on June 6, 1981; she passed away in 2012. Tim possessed a great love and fervor for life; he relished being the life of the party and telling stories and weaving humor and satire concerning his family and friends into his story telling. He will be fondly remembered as the person who lit up a room with his presence and a person who brought much joy for family and friends. Tim was of the Catholic faith. He was an avid outdoors man and an avid hunter who enjoyed hunting in this area and in the Southern Tier region. He also enjoyed fishing on Black River, traveling and learning on-line. He loved animals of all kinds, especially his cherished canine friend, Reggie. He greatly loved and cherished his daughter and grandchildren and his family. Tim is survived by his daughter, Tonya L. Weber and her companion, Mark Lieber, Boonville and his grandchildren; Eve Lieber, age four and Eli Lieber, one month. He is also survived by his siblings, Dennis Weber and companion, Kathy Evans, both of Port Leyden, David (Lorna) Weber, Martinsburg, Jeannette (Bruce) Sessions, Boonville, Yvonne (Benjamin) Platt, Boonville, Rose Croniser, Port Leyden, Mark (Tracey) Weber, Port Leyden, Ramona (Wayne) Mellnitz, Port Leyden, Roger (Lisa) Weber, Port Leyden, Lynette (Alan) Ripp, Port Leyden, Steven (Tami) Weber, Port Leyden. Tim loved and spent much time with his nieces and nephews and their families. He is survived by nieces and nephews, Kim and Kerry, Leigh, Samantha, Megan, Ryan & Robbie, DeyLynne, Jacob, Greg, Todd, Travis, Miranda, John, Mitchell, Ryan, Robert, Victoria, Anthony, Nicholas, Andrew, Shelby and many great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Herman and Margaret Weber by a nephew, Bradley Croniser and by a niece, Kaylee Croniser. He was also predeceased by his canine friends, Tubby and Butch. Tim also leaves behind special friends in the McCauley family; a sister in law, Susie (Jim) Okey; brother in law, Joey McCauley; his daughter, Pamela, nephews, Adam and Terry and his wife, Nana; Tims best friend, Richie (Tammy) Yelton and special friends, Jim Longway, Rose Gydesen and Casey Happy and Moma. His Funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. at Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville, and at 11:00 A.M. at St. Martins Church, Port Leyden, where Lawrence Marullo, will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment in the spring will be in Calvary Cemetery, Port Leyden. Calling hours are Monday, 1-4 & 6-8 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to any local humane society.
