Theresa A. Austin

Remsen- Theresa A. Austin, 47, of Joslyn Road, wife of David P., passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at Heritage Health Care Facility, Utica, after a long illness. Theresa was born in Little Falls, on June 22, 1971, a daughter of Dave and Dora Barnes Daley. She grew up in Dolgeville, where she graduated from Dolgeville High School, with the Class of 1989. Thereafter she attended Herkimer County Community College, majoring in Para Legal Studies. On December 14, 2001, Theresa was united in marriage with David P. Austin, in the Town of Remsen. She greatly enjoyed her role as being a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She also enjoyed collecting ceramic dogs, horses and deer. In addition to her husband, David Sr., Theresa is survived by her children, Kaitlin Daley, David P. Austin, Jr, Kirk Daley, Frank Austin and Shianne Austin; two brothers, Dave (Diane) Randazzo, Alder Creek, Donnie Randazzo, North Carolina; two sisters, Kathy (Allen) Perkins and Misty (Patrick) Bowen, both of Dolgeville. She was predeceased by her parents; Dave and Dora Daley. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville, where calling hours will be held from 4:00 pm until the time of the service.
