Boonville- Patrick John Hubman, 25, of Golden Road, affectionately known by his family and friends as "PJ" passed away at his residence, on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. His death was attributed to a seizure disorder. PJ was born on July 4, 1991, in Oxford, NY, a son of David E. and Patricia McKillip Hubman. He grew up in Oxford, where he graduated from Oxford Academy and Central School, with the Class of 2009. While in high school, PJ enjoyed participating on the Oxford Central School "Black Hawks," soccer, wrestling and baseball teams. After graduation he furthered his education at Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA, graduating with a bachelor degree in Outdoor Recreation. PJ was first employed as a youth counselor at Youth Villages, Lynden, TN; later he was employed as recreational assistant, at a correctional facility, also in Lynden, TN. In August, 2016, PJ returned to Boonville, where he was currently employed as an Out Door Instructor at Black River Educational Program, Boonville. He enjoyed anything outdoors; hiking, biking, hunting, fishing as well as wood working, playing golf and watching movies. In addition to his parents; David and Pat, of Boonville, PJ is survived by two brothers, Justin, Rochester and Andrew, Oxford; his paternal grandparents, Nancy and husband, Eber Hubman, Waterloo, NY; his maternal grandmother Aurelia McKillip, Morrisville. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Robert McKillip, in 1999. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation hours are Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 12 Noon at Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville, where PJ's funeral and celebration of life will follow at 12 Noon, with all invited to a reception following the service at Boonville United Methodist Church, Main St. Memorial contributions may be made to Cure Epilepsy @ www.cureepilepsy.org
