Marcia Ann "Macq" Quattro, 60, of Kessler Road, wife of Jamie L. passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2007, at her residence Marcia was born on February 24, 1946, in Greene, NY (Chenango Co.,) a daughter of Lewis John and Beatrice Pauline Armentrout Crosby. She grew up in Greene, where she graduated from high school. On April 23, 1966, Marcia Ann was united in marriage with Jamie L. Quattro in Greene. After their marriage the couple lived in Rome, moving to their present home near Ava, many years ago. Mrs. Quattro was a member of the 82ond Air Borne Ladies Auxiliary of Rome. She had attended St. Maryï¿(TM)s Church of West Leyden. Marcia was actively involved in fund raising for the Carol Baldwin Cancer Foundation. She greatly enjoyed feeding and watching humming birds, gardening, hunting and playing Bingo. She had an infectious laughter and smile that would light up a room. In addition to her husband, Jamie, Marcia is survived by one daughter; Ms Karen L. Quattro, of Rome. She was predeceased by a daughter; Norine. She is also survived by two brothers and sisters in law; Lyman and Patricia Crosby, Greene, Gary Crobsy and Tina, Coventry, NY, three sisters; Carol Harper, Tampa, Fla., Pauline Quattro brother in law; David, Rockville, MD., Gloria Rogers and brother in law; Robert, Cortland, a step brother and step sister in law; Dale Loomis and Trena, Cincinnatus, NY., two step sisters; Junaita Crandall, PA., Delores Loomis, McDonough, NY., a step brother in law; Lester Blackman, Norwich, and by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Marcia was predeceased by two brothers; Wayne Crosby, and Danny Crosby, and by a step brother William Loomis, and a step sister, Bonnie Blackman. Her Funeral Service will be Sunday at 5 P.M. at the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc., 143 Schuyler St. Boonville, where Rev. Lawrence Marullo, pastor of St. Maryï¿(TM)s Church of West Leyden will officiate. A private interment will be in Ava Cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday from 2-5 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to West Leyden Fire Co. Ambulance Fund or to Carol M. Baldwin Breast Care Center 37 Research Way East Setauket, NY 11733.
