Taberg - Linda L. Barriger, 72, affectionately known as Lee, passed away peacefully at home on Sat. August 3, while under the loving care of her family and Hospice. Linda was born in North Bay, on October 7, 1946 a daughter of Hubert W. and Edna B. Hendricks Blowers. She attended and was a graduate of Camden Central School. Linda was a homemaker and lovingly raised her daughters. She enjoyed listening to music, reading her Bible, and time she spent outside gardening. Linda found great joy in sharing her love of nature with family and friends, especially the beauty of flowers, hummingbirds, animals, the mountains and waterfalls. She cherished the time spent with family, especially the recent time she was able to enjoy with her great-grandson. Linda is survived by her daughters: Julie (Robert) Austin, Jacquilyn (Timothy) Flynn, Christine LaMark, Rebecca (Stephen) Burke and Jody (Fred) Robenski; her sisters: Connie (Robert) Barkhurst, Karen (Robert) Kuryla, Janie (Pete) Rauscher; her grandchildren: Brittany, Ashley, Samantha, Jonathon, Kailey, Jenna, Alex, Lauren, Abbey and Mason; great-grandchildren: Landon, Sammy, Hunter, Jaylee and Keegan; as well as several nieces and nephews and their children. Besides her parents, Linda was predeceased by her sister Jackie Waller. Lindas daughters would like to extend their appreciation to the staff of Rome Memorial Hospital, especially 2 East and Dr. Ravi, as well as to Hospice & Palliative Care, for their kindness and compassion. All services will be held privately by her family. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are in care of the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville.
