Boonville- Kody W. Beasock, age 12, of Hines Rd., son of Mark R. and Sandra P. Beasock, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, May 26, 2008. Kody was born in Lowville, on November 26, 1995. At the present time he was a member of the 6th grade class at Adirondack Middle School in Boonville. Kody was a bright kid who loved life. He was happiest when he was learning about an engine, or a tractor. In addition to many happy hours spent helping at Rauscher's Farm in West Leyden, Kody especially enjoyed snowmobiling, and the summertime sport of riding his dirt bike, jet ski and four wheeler. He enjoyed attending and watching the snowmobile races at the Boonville Snow Festival. In addition to his love of "anything with a motor, and being on it," Kody was a talented soccer player, having participated in AYSO Soccer since he was in kindergarten. In his idle time he enjoyed doing the art of wood carving. At present time he was looking forward to playing Junior High School Football in 7th grade. He was a member of St. Mary's Nativity Church of West Leyden. In addition to his parents, Mark and Sandy, he is survived by two sisters, Sarah K. Beasock, Hannah L. Beasock, and a brother Christopher P. Beasock, all at home, his paternal grandparents, Wayne C. "Pa" and Beverly J. Beasock, West Leyden, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Elnoar M. Patrick on May 20, 2008. The Beasock family wishes to express their sincere, heart felt thanks, and appreciation to Shirley, Mark, and all who have in so many kind and loving ways assisted the family during this very difficult time. His Funeral will be on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary's Nativity Church, West Leyden, where Rev. Lawrence Marullo, pastor will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Boonville. Calling hours are Monday, 4-8 P.M. at the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc, 143 Schuyler St. Boonville.
