Kevin William Weiler

Kevin W. Weiler, 44, of South State St., passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 25, 2006, at his home. Kevin was born February 18, 1962 in Lowville a son of Theodore L. and Sylvia V. Kriwox Weiler. He grew up on the Nortonville Road, Glenfield, and graduated from South Lewis High School with the Class of 1980. On December 15, 1989 Kevin was united in marriage with Beatrice Joslin, they later divorced. For many years Kevin was employed by general contractors in the northeast until his disabilities did not allow him to work. He moved from Brantingham to Lowville in November 2005. Kevin was of the Catholic faith. He was a "Gambling Man". In addition to his father, Ted of Constableville, and his mother, Sylvia Chennell of Brantingham, he is survived by a son: Johnathan L. Weiler and his mother Sheila Dosztan of Glenfield; a grandson: Alexander; six brothers: Matthew Weiler and wife Polly of Constableville, Eric Bauer and wife Nancy of Glenfield, Randy Bauer and wife Maggie of Glenfield, Timothy Chennell and wife Sandy of Walworth, Todd Chennell and wife Maria of Greece, and Thomas Chennell and wife Leanne of Greece; three sisters: Barbara Rubart of Lowville, Mrs. David (Tammey) Lustyik of Glenfield, and June Abel of Durhamville; two step-sons: Chester Lastowski of Ticonderoga, and Matthew Lastowski of Boonville; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A prayer service for Kevin will be at 8:30 am Wednesday at the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc., 143 Schuyler St., Boonville, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am at St. Maryï¿(TM)s Nativity Church, West Leyden, with Rev. Lawrence Marullo as celebrant. Interment will be in St. Peter and Paulï¿(TM)s Cemetery, Fish Creek. Calling hours will be from 5 to 8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
