Jacqueline W. Miller

Taberg- Jacqueline W. Miller, 83, formerly of Amo Drive, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2021, at Sunset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Boonville, where she had resided since March, 2020. She was born in Peterborough, England, on August 29, 1937, a daughter of William and Maude Jenks Hall. She grew up in England, where she received her education. She met her husband, Clayton S. Miller, while he was stationed in England serving in the U.S. Airforce. Jacqueline and Clayton were married in England, later returning to the United States, making their home at Minot, ND Airforce Base, until moving to New York State settling in Blossvale. Mr. Miller passed away on May 4, 2017. For several years Mrs. Miller was employed as a wire re-spooler at Laribee Wire Company, Camden and as a laborer at Universal Linen Laundry of Rome. Her primary occupation and love however, was the role of home maker and Jacqueline was always the happiest and at her best when she was helping and doing for others. She was a member of Taberg American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and she enjoyed playing Bingo. She is survived by one son, Colin Miller and his partner in life, Linda Sullivan, West Leyden; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. She was the last of her siblings. Services will be held in the spring at Maple Hill Cemetery, Taberg, at a time and date of be announced. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to The Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital, 1 Childrens Circle, Syracuse, New York 13210. Her arrangements are in care of Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville.
