Eva (Seelman) Jedrich, 59, of State Rt. 26, co-owner of the well known Alpine Restaurant, passed away from a sudden illness on Monday, April 2, 2007, at University Hospital, Syracuse. Eva was born in the hamlet of High Market on September 16, 1947, a duaghter of Pauline Getman Seelman, and the late Norbert J. Seelman. She grew up on her parents farm on the Sweeney Road, attending school in Constableville, before graduating from South Lewis Senior High School with the Class of 1965. After that she was employed by Lewis Co. Trust Company of Lowville On June 24, 1967, Eva was united in marriage with Raymond L. Jedrich at St. Maryï¿(TM)s Church, West Leyden. After that until the present time, she and her husband were co-owners of the Alpine Restaurant, a popular eatery that the couple had expanded over the years. Mrs. Jedrich was a member of St. Maryï¿(TM)s Church of Constableville. In addition to her husband, Raymond, she is survived by her mother, Pauline Seelman, Constableville, one son and daughter in law; Christopher J.B. Jedrich, and Priscilla, Macedon, NY and their children; Billy and Ashley, one daughter and son in law; Jennifer L. Jedrich-Kerfien, and Randy, Boonville. At the present time Eva was joyfully expecting the birth of her third grandchild. She was predeceased by her father, Norbert, on July 20, 1991. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 10, at St. Maryï¿(TM)s Church, Constableville, with Rev. Lawrence Marullo, as celebrant. Interment will be in St. Josephï¿(TM)s Cemetery, Boonville. Calling hours are Monday, April 9, from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Constableville Fire Co. Ambulance Fund.
