Constableville- Colleen E. (Moxley) Rogers, 46, a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend, of James St., passed away peacefully, after a brief illness, while surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, February 28, 2021, at Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse. Colleen was born in Leominster, MA, on December 18, 1974, a daughter of Stanley and Cynthia Felshaw Moxley. Colleen spent her youth in Massachusetts, Virginia, Alabama and Germany, before living in the Boonville area, where she graduated from Adirondack Central School, with the Class of 1994. Thereafter she relocated to Lancaster, MA and was employed for many years at Sunoco Plastics in Devens, MA, where she found many friends and established her professional identity. Recently, Colleen returned to Constableville, to help care for her family. She was a compassionate animal lover who generously spent time caring for homeless animals and who donated tons of food and supplies to the Lewis County Humane Society. Colleen will be lovingly remembered by her mother, father and sisters, Wendy and Erin; Colleen was adored by her nephews, Sam and Owen McPhilmy and niece, Jennavieve Allen. In addition to her parents, Stanley and Cynthia, she is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Colleen will be missed dearly by Stephen "Beaver" Rogers, her longtime companion, Billy Palmer and her soul sister, Tina Landry. Services will be held at the convenience of her family at Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville.
