Boonville- Cary Ann Croniser, 42, of East Ava Road, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 12, 2020. Cary Ann was born in Lowville, on November 12, 1977, a daughter of Raymond A. and Barbara J. Gardner Kohl. She grew up in Port Leyden, where she attended elementary school, before completing her high school education at South Lewis Senior High School. Thereafter she studied nursing at M.V.C.C., Utica. She was employed as a nurse assistant at Sunset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Boonville, as a clerk at The Cliff's Alder Creek Market and as a bar tender at Scooters Bar of Forestport. Cary Ann was married to David Croniser and afterwards the couple lived on Main St. Boonville. Later they were divorced. She enjoyed cooking, hunting, the outdoors and reading. Cary was especially proud of her first five point buck and found great pleasure in reminding her dad of the incident. In addition to her parents, Raymond and Barbara, of Port Leyden, Cary is survived by her children; a son, Parker Kohl; a daughter, Rylee Croniser; and a son John Croniser, all of Boonville; her siblings, Cory Kohl and Companion, Jackie, California and Sarah Stinebrickner and her companion, Drew Pfendler, Boonville and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be at Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville, on Friday, September 18, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. and also from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M, where facial coverings must be worn, social distancing and contact tracing will also be observed.
