Amelia "Amy" Felshaw, 78, a life long resident of the Town of West Turin, (formerly the Town of High Market,) the widow of Robert, passed away at her home on Meyer Road on Monday, May 22, 2006, while under the loving care of her family, and Lewis Co. Hospice. Amy was born in Fish Creek, on November 25, 1927, a daughter of Andrew and Mary Sawice Cihocki. She grew up on her familyï¿(TM)s farm near Fish Creek, and graduated from West Leyden High School with the Class of 1947. For many years she was employed as a waitress at Hotel Parquet, Constableville, the Candle Light Restaurant, and the Ridge View Steak House, both of Turin. Her last employment was as a care giver for Marion Seavey of Boonville. On October 28, 1950, Amelia was united in marriage with Robert L. Felshaw at St. Maryï¿(TM)s Church, Constableville. Mr. Felshaw died on August 4, 1974. Mrs. Felshaw was a member of St. Peterï¿(TM)s and Paulï¿(TM)s Church, Fish Creek, in later years she attended St. Maryï¿(TM)s Church of Constableville. Her survivors include four daughters and three sons in law; Cynthia Ann Moxley, and Stanley, Sandra Roberts, both of Constableville, Patricia M. Platt and Lynn Frank, West Leyden, Annette R. Szablewski and Philip, Lyons Falls, two sons and one daughter in law; Robert K. Felshaw, Kevin John Felshaw and Chryl both of Constableville, sixteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, four sisters and three brothers in law; Wanda Boisvert, Lee Center, Regina Rybicki and Edward, Boonville, Eugenia Potter and John, Baldwinsville, Joan Celia and Sam, Utica. Amy was predeceased by two brothers; Frank in 1989, Edward in 1996, and by three sisters; Freida Wilbert in 2000, Helen Lewis in 1995, and Ruth Shue in 2005. Amy is also survived by her long time friend and companion, Bob Harmon, Rome, and by her dog Tootsie. Her Funeral will be Friday at 8:30 A.M. at the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville, and at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peterï¿(TM)s and Paulï¿(TM)s Church, Fish Creek, where Rev. Lawrence Marullo, Pastor of St. Maryï¿(TM)s Church of Constableville, will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Patrickï¿(TM)s Cemetery, Constableville. Calling hours are Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. with prayers at 4 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Constableville Fire Company, and to Friends of Lewis Co. Hospice, Inc. P.O.
